Enable MsgTransfer so that quicksilver can onboard Archway as a qAsset
This is a proposal to enable MsgTransfer which is needed to facilitate seamless interaction between Quicksilver and Archway. By doing so, we can onboard Archway as a new qAsset, thereby broadening the liquid staking ecosystem. We are looking forward to join and integrate with the archway family.
