Introduction: As it stands, most ARCH tokens are locked and inaccessible, making it difficult to get sufficient on-chain liquidity in DeFi protocols. On-chain liquidity enables on-chain transactions, which through Archway’s design, perpetuates the value-flow of the Archway fly-wheel. This proposal seeks to set up a pool of liquid Community Pool funds, for the purpose of enabling liquidity for DeFi protocols.
