Archway v9.0.0-rc1 is currently running on Constantine test network.

This upgrade includes the following:

Upgrades:

- CosmosSDK v0.50.7
- CosmWasm wasmd v0.51.0
- CosmWasm wasmvm v1.5.4
- Cosmos ibc-go v8.4.0
- CometBFT v0.38.10

Adds:

- IBC Hooks Module v8

Fixes:

- Now allows contracts to query fee estimation endpoint of the callback  
module

This is an important protocol progression update as it provides access to underlying features such as ABCI++ and other CosmosSDK advancements.
